No, the box is plain and the little inserted box is typically also plain unless you order from otoko who sends in a weird fetishy insert box but theyre in latam so probably not of interest to you.
Most sellers will have two options for the label on the vial itself, a stealth label that says its a generic essential oil and a regular label that just says estradiol blablabla. If you're paranoid always go for stealth, but if you order from a UK brewer there shouldn't be a problem with non-stealth label.

I would personally never trust Symphony, they were in here a few threads back talking about how they accidentally leaked tracking numbers of orders through their public review API for two weeks. LE could use it to find the names/addresses of person who ordered HRT with a subpoena to USPS (Florida has been building a case recently with seized packages so it's probably already been done).

Accidentally came across this horrible set of official hrt guidelines from Johns Hopkins for 'doctors' to follow.

-Bloods at peak not trough
-Targets 100-200 E, <55 T-Spiro up to 400mg/day
-Finasteride as an AA-Progesterone from day 1

Dosages 2mg swallowed pills, OR 0.1mg patch 2x/week OR 10mg valerate/week. It's all over the place.
This is an outrage. Doctors who don't know shit about hrt will just follow this because it's the 'official' method.

A friend of mine just went on hrt and they gave her basically this, except 2mg/day gel and finasteride as the AA, and Prog from day 1, and she's really proud of her hondose and that she's doing it the 'right way' with a doctor. She won't listen to me that she's being tragically sabotaged.
Bloods at midpoint will be completely wrong, I guess she'll do gel in the morning, test at 1000 E, but then crash to 50 in the evening. After 3 years she'll get zero feminization and think that 'hrt just doesn't work for some people'.How are they allowed to do this?

You should use 5mg/week, that's 12 units on your syringe, or 0.12ml. Your build doesn't matter. You won't get 'better results' by injecting more oil. You should think long and hard about whether you actually want to transition to a woman for the rest of your life or not before you continue.

you can use the sim to dial in a smoother curve if you really care but that works just as good desu. can just drop strait from 12 to 5 in one week too it might be smoother than skipping a week since your cutting the dose so much or you could taper down with like an 8 in the middle week. smoother drop might let your body catch up and downregulate in case its desensatized or something on such a high dose idek if it does that tho but for me i would want to prevent pms symptoms or even bigger mood swings to maintain my comfort

You can technically mono with patches but its expensive and bothersome.
If your body isn't receiving enough estrogen to block T and you aren't taking blockers then you won't see results.

So uh, what i do typically is i have an app on my phone called cake wallet.

like 5-6 week ago I came here asking for help and i was on a decently high dose of IM EV in addition to cypro. anon told me to stop cypro and i would get higher e2. anon was right

so im back here now, and im wondering what dosage schedule i should target instead?? Before I was doing 5mg EV/4days but my trough e2 levels have more than doubled since stopping cypro at the same dose. currently my trough is 986pmol/l.
