the only reason that i've been considering bottom surgery is because my penis doesn't work. if it did, then i'd rather keep it, but it barely worked even before transitioning. now it really doesn't. there's no point in having it, but i'm scared of not knowing what things would be like after bottom surgery. i'm worried that i'd regret it
