You shouldn't transition if you only "really want" to be the other gender, only if you ever already think of yourself as being it unconsciously.
That's why there are so many malebrained mtfs and fembrained ftms. You don't really have an internal opposite sex identity. And none of you are women that are here because everyone here is super malebrained.
