anecdotally I started sticking 200mg prog up my butt every night at 1 year HRT and saw breast growth (more round/full) and also changes in mood, including stabilizing my erratic moodiness into something like a roughly 3-5 week hormonal cycle that is less severe and more predictablealso started pio last year for a few months, took a break for a month or two and have been on it for another couple months, and I've definitely noticed more weight going to my chest/butt/thighs (and I'll probably stop in like a month when I run out since I think it can be potentially detrimental long-term)
