Do we have a nonbinary general board like how ftms and mtfs do? Couldve sworn there was one.. :(
>>43734620they never stay active past the first couple of hours
>>43734629You would think that with the constant discussions of them on here, that there would be a board
>>43734620Most of us are non-binary even though we don't want to just use they/it pronouns so we just kinda go everywhere and migrate towards threads we most identity with be it masculine, feminine, or neutral. Non-binary can be helpful for figuring things out but few are purely enby since that form of thinking often reinforces sexism and stereotypes more than rebelling against it. Primarily because masc or fem terms are often less about gender and are primarily a means of descriptors for the ease of communication akin to how gendered terms in some languages isn't about biological sex. Within modern terms at least which is why we have things like transfem and transmasc. Not saying someone can't reject either or encompass both, but there's a reason most enby end up leaning more towards one or the other. It's just easier to help define certain aspects or aesthetics we enjoy for ourselves. It's all fine for those in the know but many end up calling themselves stuff like the previous mentioned or fem enby or masc enby and often eventually drop the enby part all together once they start to find an identity outside or even within their ab gender they're comfortable with. It's a very complex subject that umbrella'd into many other gender identities and I don't mean to generalize or imply anyone isn't a pure enby. It's just rare to meet one who isn't using it to cope with internalized transphobia or using it as a means for their desire of non-conformity compared to something similar to a third gender since it's the gender part they're still rejecting or coming to terms with. Often due to the confusion of a traditional cisnormative upbringing and reducing gender into stereotypes rather than an expression of self because of it.
>>43734620this can be nbgen>>43734805yeah.t femby
>>43734714the discussion here is almost always negative which i think scares some away from discussing it openly. i almost always identify myself as being ftm even though i more closely identify with the concept of being nonbinary. i'm on T to masculinize but i have a desire to get nullo
>>43734620From the bottom of my heart: I fucking hate non-binary people
>>43734805>Most of us are non-binaryBasically everyone is non binary because gender is fake and no two people preform gender roles thee same way
>>43734837Why
>>43734620Hi, I was among the '18-'21 enbygen regulars. I'm sloppystyle kissing right now other members of this cohort. Eh, basically this website is going to be bad for a real discussion, unless we get more post-/x/-ilic in our discussions and begin to produce compelling framings of genderqueerness that are significantly more difficult to mount open scorn upon.
>>43734875Because it's a completely unnecessary category of attention seeking cis women wanting to be more special and unique than they are. No one in the world is 100% masculine of feminine. By their own definitions, every single person who has ever lived is non-binary.
>>43734923>every single person who has ever lived is non-binarytrve
>>43734931So it's a pointless category. You might as well have a humangen thread.
>>43734958okay
>>43734977retard
>>43734620There's no such thing as a "non-binary" though
>>43734958It's not useless but the other terms that fall under the enby umbrella became much more useful. It's easier to think of it as a short hand form of speed dating to broadcast your traits and gender quirks to others rather than a strict form of gender like how some treat biological sex. For example. There are enby folk who want nothing to do wit masculinity but feel varying forms of femininity. A term can more easily express this rather than keeping a copy paste for every roleplay or potential partner. It's just the smug assholes who started to lul, more than two genders, one joke it. Trash taking itself out really.
>>43735012>There are enby folk who want nothing to do wit masculinity but feel varying forms of femininityThat's being a woman, retard.
>>43735012So gender is now equivalent personality? Unique to each and every human being. Then "gender" fails to be a category.
>>43735033By who's standards because being a woman means many different things to people depending on upbringing or culture regardless of their genitals. Either way. This is an enby thread. Take your troon obsession to the 30 other threads and gluck gluck there.
>>43735058It's not really about personality but gender identity. You can simplify it to what can be called personality but it's a combination of many things that's being expressed as a short hand style of terminology since some of the definition can be quite long since gender is more complex than most people want to think about.
>>43735101Womanbabble
>>43735067>being a woman means many different things to peopleyeah that's why it's a general loose category and not a strict prescriptive doctrine retard
>>43734620You can start one. It's really easy. Just put gen in the subject line
>>43735138That's fine if you don't do complicated and don't want to know someone more than just being a hole for you. Few will shame you for it but don't be surprised if your lack of interest in them is met with a lack of interest in you. Most guys are still coping with the fact femboys exist so enby umbrella terms are kinda advanced reading.
>>43734620I tried making them but it lost steam after some iterations
>>43735200Yea but idk what resources to put
>>43735209Do you think people find enby a retarded concept because they're afraid of complexity???
>>43735209so gender is personality to you got it.
>>43735223You don't have to put anything. Just do /NBGen/ make up a QOtD for formatting and to get the conversation going There's no previous gen to link, so no need It's really that easy. I've made many gens and some of them stayed up for a day or page10d immediately. who cares, just make it until there's regulars
>>43734620Enbies are not welcome here
>>43734620I'm enby. Not because I'm hyperwoke, but because I don't care what people see me as and because I wanna look weird, stand out, be myself and I just feel non-binary.
>>43739447>I don't care what people see me as>I wanna look weird, stand outSounds like you do care a while lot
>>43739483I mean I don't care if people see me as a woman or a man. It baffles me that this seems to be important to binary-gendered ppl.
>>43735209the human experience is complex and for some reason people want to cling to the binary, which becoming more arbitrary by the day; man or woman doesn't serve a real purpose in society anymore and I think probably the men who think a hole is a hole effectively believes whatever they wanna fuck is a woman, even if they aren't explicitlyit's easy to call men dumdums but Idk it's just our society doesn't want to trash old ways of thinking in the great year of 2026
i am effortlessly emnby
i'm a worm.
>>43740077Seriously. Femboys have been a mainstream thing for almost 20 years now and people are still struggling with the fact it doesn't mean they're only a into girly stuff because fem or only enjoy bottoming because women are made for penis. Even enbys are often put into that category because enby=not a man. It's okay for people to want to be part of gender or sexual roles without it constantly being reduced down to just a fetish or what they can put their dick in. And the worst of it all is all this makes me just sound like a prude when I infact love sex and all the ways it can be expressed but damn there are times I want to just be asexual so people stop thinking I'm a transfem dickgirl due to a fetish or alternative motive other than just being who I fucking am.
