Why don't MtF's and FtM's take prog and DHT? I think they should take these secondary hormones after a year of estrogen and testosterone. Both are vital hormones in terms of masculinization and feminization. I can sort of understand FtM's not taking DHT as it is hard to acquire and also the hormone contributed to male pattern baldness, but prog isn't exactly difficult to get, and doesn't have any adverse side effects (from what I know at least). Are all of you getting fucked by your endos? Are the diypilled just too broke to get these hormones?

Do you have to take prog? Im a cis guy on e and im kind of indifferent on my chest as long as I can hide it and dont have to wear a bra, but if prog is going to make the difference between them being hideable or not id rather not

>>43743750FtMs only need DHT for topical use, beyond that 5ar will give them it. unfortunately for MtFs prog is not significantly metabolisable from estrogen, but most MtFs are dumb about their HRT anyway and essentially are following "just take your e and wait, hun" logic.
progesterone does not seem to have ever done anything for me in the four years i have taken it on and off, including this year for which i have taken it dailyidk
