People say that if you're smart, you're gonna have a hard time dating someone who isn't. They also say the same thing if you've got the tism. Supposedly trans women are more likely to have both of these traits. These things are part of why I considered dating trans women, but while I see an overabundance of tism, outside of compsci savants who are clueless in all other aspects of life, can't say I've met many trans women who seemed particularly smart at all.Maybe this is just because I have no reason to interact with transbians.
>>43746447You're probably unlikely to meet many smart people in general because we're not really going out there and trying to meet people usually. We have our own people already. It's similar to why every tranny you meet is mentally ill - The stable and secure ones have lives and friends already and aren't really putting themselves out there. Unless you're in intellectual spaces like academia.
>>43746474Well that's the thing; my family was poor as shit, white trash, and living in bumfuck nowhere, so not much opportunity to meet 'my people'. I went to uni and did well, but it was abundantly clear that while there was people around me with some shared interests, basically no one could actually relate to me or my interests that weren't strictly academic. Not really grounds for a relationship. With how people talked about trans women that seemed like a good place to look, but, well, evidently has not panned out.
>>43746474not op but why would a smart person have any increased chance of finding their own people? 'we have our own people already' what??? i don't really like this theory of assimilation
>>43746474this makes no fucking sense
>>43746447smart people are difficult to find in general simply due to most people not being very smart. i had a trans ex girlfriend who was very bright. autistic, but the kind of functional autism that often comes off as being a passionate intellectual. i'm sure there are more out there like that, but i wouldn't know how to go about finding them.
>>43746592>>43746602If you don't have your people already then you are either not very smart, or not very mentally stable. Smart and stable trannies already have our people.
>>43746447ive also seen trannies pretend to be dumb
>>43746447here’s the thing, it’s the dunning kruger effect. if you were as smart as you thought you were, then you would have solved the answer to this problem already. ta ta!
>>43746634okay you're literally just insane i understand. please stfu your first post was so genuinely horribly formatted i have a headache now. you somehow dont know what 'smart' means
>>43746621Had that pieced together for a while now. Thing is, recognizing a problem doesn't mean it's solved. Still gotta come up with solutions. Tried everything I could think of it. Did not result in what I wanted. Often times just because people didn't like the idea, even if I was right. Tried listening to other peoples ideas, they all didn't go anywhere, evidently because we live entirely different lives, have entirely different values, and so their advice is how to achieve something they want, not what I want. Not very helpful to me. Out of ideas myself and haven't heard a new one from someone else in years that isn't just a spin on an already overdone suggestion that went nowhere. I mean that's what trying to meet trans women was about. Trying something I hadn't considered before. At this point I'm just here because I got nothing else to put my effort into.
>>43746634>>43746474why do normalfags have this absurdly machiavellian view of outer society and mentally ill people as ontologically inferior? it's like you've mentally fabricated a tower to live in to dissociate yourself from the fact you live on earth
>>43746656No op but they're correctt. Stable tranny who doesn't make friends due to already having "people"
>>43746474>>43746634>>43746640The later is almost certainly just ragebait but an adherence to a strict if-then view on how the world operates just isn't based in any rational reality. "If you were so smart you would simply have all the answers and fix all your problems" is what a child thinks being smart is like. If the world worked that way we simply wouldn't have problems anymore; the smart people that came before us would have simply had all the answers to all the problems and solved them. But evidently they didn't, because that isn't how it works.
>>43746692waow omg so truepleaaase shut up i seriously doubt you got what insane babble that anon was spewing
>>43746692>t. Stable tranny>uses this boardsure jan
>>43746447overexpending energy toward finding a specific romantic partner in the short term is a vain goal. if everything you say is true, living in a world full of retards sucks but its something to be endured more than it is to be fought. and much more importantly a reason to embrace seclusion.>>43746672if you ask me this is just further evidence you need to understand solitude. you need to look inward for the answer to your problems, which is why noone else has been able to answer it for you>>43746696the first 2 replies are made by an assimilationist and asking that for advice on your problem is like asking a police officer the best way to be a criminal. ignore them tbqh
