How has being a tranny affected your views, like actually? Are you transfeminist, a transbian seperatist, tgirl supremacist, blackpilled, sick of it all?
>>
I'm a normal girl
>>
>>43764629

transfeminist.
trans women are the women of women.
trans men are the men of trans people.
you can see it everywhere you look.
>>
>>43764629
Either an ftm supremacist or a female extinctionist depending on how recently I’ve interacted with a woman
>>
>>43764629
I have become bitter towards all cissoids but that's it.
>>
>>43764652
this is how moids think. if you get to know women they at least have gripes.
>>
>>43764629
A trans feminist but also weirdly socially conservative. I don't care what other people do in their day to day tho, I'm just a more traditional person. Whipping girl is a fantastic book that every trans woman should read. There's a reason why it's considered foundational.
>>
>>43764629
I've gotten chuddier and more liberal from a previously demsoc perspective, but it's not exactly been a linear trajectory.
>>
>>43764652
You're on 4chan. You're not a normal girl. This is why I never liked the normie meme. They're either part of a masonic cult and low-key smug about it, or just an antisocial loser because of being an outcast and reinforcing the same behaviors that made them outcast to begin with.
>>
>>43764678
am i stupid that i got very little out of whipping girl? most of what it talks about i'd already gleaned through years of following trannies online
>>
I don't really find any trans specific feminism convincing, so I'm just a radfem with a marxist bent.

I guess I probably wouldn't have been interested in it as much if I wasn't a tranny though

t. ex chud repper
>>
>>43764677
Ok but those are all stupid opinions to have? I can be feminist-adjacent (hate labels) without having some weird extremist ideology.
>>43764711
Well compared to thr average tranny here I'm extremely normal lmao I'm just anxious and traumatised.
>>
>>43764712
No, i don't think it makes you stupid. A lot of it is stuff that I think trans girls can Intuit on our own, it just puts words to things we all already know and can be helpful as far as arguing a clear position on rights for trans women. idk what to do about trans men desu. But it would be gender affirming for them to do things for themselves for once
>>
>>43764629
Being trans has made me discover and comprehend transfeminist theory. Other than that, I guess it has made me more sick of everything. Though that's perhaps more due to poverty. Don't know.
>>
>>43764737
Many such cases
>>
>>43764761
I'm just yapping and a low tier burgerhon. Please disregard any opinion.
>>
>>43764629
It genuinely made me more humble and a more objective, neutral evaluator of information, because I learned people in any faction can potentially turn on me and be maximally vile no-good human beings if tranny doesn't service them exactly as designated. I also learned it was better for trans people back when political polarization wasn't as bad anyway, so I kind of prefer people to reconcile if possible.

So like why would I have some massive investment in any particular faction, I can just evaluate and tell people what the truth is better now because I'm more invested in my identity anyone could hate or love no matter their background. Before I cared more about some ideology instead.

No whipping girl was more of a way to push conversations on transfeminism in 2009. I was in college then and it was considered normal to be like "trans women reinforce gender but its ok" and that being the qhole of it. Rereading the intro on the newer versions after having read the book, it made sense that it doesnt seem revolutionary. So thats why she spent a lot of time trying to come up with terms, transmisogyny being the one that stuck, to give language to an understanding many of us already had.

>>
>>43764712
Where do you think the trannies you’ve followed online got the ideas you’ve gleaned from them? Whipping Girl was published in 2007. Let’s use our heads here
>>
>>43764920
I hate the “trans women reinforce gender” meme and I hate that it refuses to die. It makes me unreasonably upset. It’s idealist nonsense. Shooting up estrogen or pitching one’s voice to sound female or whatever doesn’t compel any one to behave or appear in any particular way. It doesn’t make it any harder for cis women to be(come) lesbians or childfree or wear a business suit or abstain from wearing make-up or whatever it is that the people who push this narrative think it does. People can just do what they want. Imagine thinking that the existence of a tiny minority with no institutional power or social influence stops people from doing what they want
>>
>>43765009
46 years and this meme refuses to die. I hate this cissexist planet
>>
>>43764629
Process ontology mostly. System theory to a lesser extent. Crazy how common this combo is for us
>>
>>43765009
It's one of the things I had to come to terms with when realizing I was transgender. That while gendered stereotypes shouldn't be enforced or used as a way to discriminate via sexism, it can still absolutely be a sign that someone is transgendered. It's not saying that girls can do boy things or boys cant do girl things or that people can't have a combination of both traits while remaining cisgendered, but that there can be a disconnect from their assigned gender which is driving those behaviors and can turn into gender dysphoria later in life.

I dislike most trans people, but especially myself. I think most trans people are as mentally ill as the rest of the population. I agree that transmisogyny exists, I think most of the most devout transfeminists are rehashed political lesbians. They want nothing to do with me and I want nothing to do with them. I am a recluse and seek the company of sensitive cis men and intelligent cis women.
>>
>>43765490
Wow, it’s almost as though human behaviours are complex traits, meaning that the same behaviour might have completely different causes in two different individuals!
(To be clear, I am not making fun of you; I am making fun of those who insist that GNC behaviour can NEVER be a sign that some one might benefit from transitioning)

I think it's crazy that a growing swath of trans women are against, disagree with, or disbelieve in FTMs.
Women are able to express themselves in a variety of ways because they are not considered to be intelligent. What they do does not matter. It's not so much that they are a "slave race" - they are not equal, thinking animals as men. They are not taught to navigate the world as men are. What men call coddling is a form of neglect, refusing to offer women a broader world. Whether that be because it is assumed it is too hard for them, too difficult, unimportant- the result is that women are taught obedience, learned helplessness, but are not given discipline, certainly not the expectation to be SELF disciplined.
As such, you see the wave of neurotic women. Not to say that men are not neurotic to an arguable equal extent. But they are free to express themselves, but have nothing to say. A fractured sexuality, a rapidly changing culture in which both women and men are expected to work and be responsible, but men are given the tools to do so more readily through rigorous discipline. So they do retarded shit because it doesn't mean anything. Being a woman means nothing. Being a man can mean ANYTHING.
I have known multiple horrid trans women, I have known very strong willed trans men who say what they mean and do what they say (What a bar). I have never thought trans women were illegitimate. People look to neurotic privileged HUHWHYTE women and negate the very idea of being FTM. You create essays not only to explain yourselves, which is sad and it sucks that you feel the need to do that, but to establish what """sisterhood""" (Doesn't exist) is or should be, what women would be if men did not control everything. And you wonder why the mirror image of you is baffling. It is not hard to be understanding, it takes much more effort to create more categories of people to be afraid of.

You might've been correct except I'm a white trash neuro divergent who's acted queer all my live so there was no privilege even from other white people. If you haven't been paying attention to the world, whites cannibalize each other just as much as any other race. The reasons I feel the need to explain myself is often because people like you constantly put me under a microscope in order to cope with your own racist envy and insecurities. Also don't be so vain. Most times I'm not even directly responding to people like you but those who might be lurking and got beaten into silence so to give them some sense of not feeling alone. That's what real empathy is. Not the constant race and gender wars you constantly try to spur on in an attempt of retribution against those who had zero involvement with the current system we live within. You don't actually care but want an easy target since you're aware enough to be afraid the of ones who actually pull the strings.

I said white as a le funny.
Anyways. I have nothing against you, I'm assuming you're a theyfab or otherwise queer. I don't think there's anything wrong with being neither here nor there. While I personally dislike most theyfabs (I dislike most trans people), my point was not that they "make us look bad", it's that the pattern somehow discredits what an FtM is. I don't think extremism is the answer, and I think it's cowardly for MtFs to say that they cannot believe in FtMs because of theyfabs.
If you are MtF I have no idea what your point is.

I am a chaser but:

THE US AND WEST ARE TERRORISTS.

many reasons:

1. Racism: Technological advancements, especially in maritime navigation, gave Europe an edge from the 15th century onwards and brought the end of Eastern supremacy of the Chinese empire and Muslim world that relied on land routes such as the silk road. This was due to technological superiority. However, some believed that this was due to cultural superiority or even racial superiority and it brought about many racist sentiments and theories such as scientific racism. These feelings are still very much entrenched in imperialist western societies. After the fall of the European imperialists, it was believed that the US would continue carrying the torch of white power and imperialism. However, technological superiority never lasts due to stuff like reverse engineering. For example, when the US developed the nuclear weapon they thought they would have sole possession of it for 40 years yet the soviets quickly developed it. The Eastern world has now caught up in many aspects or even surpassed the West and the West is in for a rude awakening if it keeps the same mentality.
>>
(continued)

2. Projection: Domination is entrenched in western societies. In the Leviathan, Hobbes argues that one must conquer and submit the other to guarantee security for itself. This idea of dominate or get dominated is frequently referenced in western politics by actors such as Mike Huckabee who said in a speech in Tel Aviv that peace is earned through strength. This ties to racism that white people are a minority on Earth, making up only 10% of the world population. Genes are dominant and white people are afraid of being wiped out if they do not dominate colored people. Emmanuel Macron recently said that France needs to increase the number of nuclear warheads it has to guarantee its way of life. However, non-western societies have no shown the desire to subjugate others that Western societies have. So it is purely a projection that "they will do the same we do to them if they are in power".

3. Judaism and liberalism. Judaism is a supremacist religion that advocates for segregation. According to the Talmud, gentiles are inferior to Jews and must serve them. It clearly designates and in-group and out-group. The out-group are enemies and must not be trusted. Through centuries of psychological reinforcement, beliefs from the in-group are reinforced and any counter-arguments are pushed away as threats. Judaism has infiltrated American society, which is the most powerful country in the world and the leader of the west, through liberalism which is secularised Judaism for gentiles. Liberalism prohibits welfare, group rights for Goyim, public property. In Judaism, only Jews are allowed welfare, group rights and ownership of the media. Liberalism supports land conquest by Israel.

Feminism is a mythological project built around an essentialized subject (“woman”) that has never existed as a coherent class.
>>
>>43765853
I don't really understand this post. Are you saying that because FtMs grow up being treated this way, they are more prone to neuroses and the kinds of behaviors that lead to people being "pooners" or thinking they're trans when they're not? And inversely, MtFs have a more ingrained sense of discipline and principles and that's why they so often end up as reppers or having these really intense ideas of how one should look and should act, and they pathologize things and categorize things and all that?
>>
>>43766671
No, this was about the theyfab phenomenon, all based on the comment "idk what to do about trans men desu. But it would be gender affirming for them to do things for themselves for once"
Although now that I read this again, I realize she was probably referring to FtMs acting like women in relationships, my bad.
Regardless of my complete misunderstanding of her comment, my sentiment is the same. And I agree with your summary, except for "MtFs ... pathologize things and categorize things and all that?" -- I do not think MtFs are inherently predisposed to this. It's becoming more common in general, and I was just commenting on the "us vs them" mentality that some transfeminist posters have.
I hope you understand my post a bit more, sorry it's been rambly.

agree with 1 and 2 but isn't liberalism an extension of Enlightenment philosophy? I don't think jews had this level of societal control back then, things weren't centralized enough yet
>>
>>43764629
I've always leaned left and still do very heavily, but I hesitate to use any one specific label other than maybe trans feminist for myself. If I had to name my ideals concisely I'd say social liberalism, economic collectivism and hard-line ecological preservation. I guess that would make me some sort of weird eco-marxist-liberal hybrid? Although I suppose some authoritarianism is necessary to realise all of that, especially economic collectivism and ecological preservation.

The latter. Trans women are women, therefore our struggle is an inherent part of the feminist struggle.
>>

Fighting for trans rights should be included in "normal" feminism, yes, but transfeminism gives you a certain theory and lens that helps you better understand why things are the way they are.

I'm sick of it all. I've been through hell again and again, died and was reborn multiple times. And now, I want to shape my own destiny and walk my own path. So I work to free myself from the constraints of society and perception. I will be free. Free to be myself. Free to be who I want to be; to do what I want to do. To get out of life what I want, not what others think I should seek.

Transitioning made me realize I don't owe anyone anything.
>>
>>43769433
That's fair. If you compare it to i.e. black feminism it's similar, the struggle of black women is structurally tied into that of white women but differs quite a bit with the added issue of racism, and the brand of misogyny they experience is also different from that of white women.
I'll consider myself both, then.

Yeah, exactly!
I've recently seen some of the comparisons between transmisogyny and misogynoir and the experiences of black transgender women who experience both.
