So, here's the deal. I'm a cis male who doesn't want to transition (I'm happy with my pronouns and male function) but I wish I had female secondary characteristics. I've seen it described as partial anatomical AGP, non-binaryism, etc. The best semi-mainstream description that I've seen is "HRT Femboy." I basically want to keep everything working downstairs, while growing boobs & ass. I am: >5'9" >135 lbs. >Trim build. >Both of my sisters have huge boobs. When I tried phytoestrogen rich herbs, my nipples got sore right away (I was only on the herbs for a couple days and didn't have any actual tissue growth, just puffiness). >Attracted to women, zero interest in men. Is it possible to use low dose E + bica to grow decent size titties? I have the genes for it, I just want to know what's actually possible.

Just take E and cialis. If you use it it'll keep working. I'm 1.5y on 7mg injections with pretty big tits and haven't even needed the cialis. I've had a tiny bit of atrophy but not much. Only thing that goes away is big loads but that goes away with any amount of hrt. You just need to push through the zero sex drive you get from month 3ish to 9ish and it will come roaring back. Atrophy and difficulty with erections mainly happens with people who are bottom dysphoric and don't touch/use it often enough. You need to use it way more than once a week that people recommend. Daily erections are ideal but skipping a few days here or there is fine. Main thing is just watch your weight, your metabolism will slow down
