So I had FFS around 3 years ago with a different surgeon which pushed me into passing territory, but I do want to look better lol. So what is the general consensus on his results?
>>
>>43791063
well you might get mugged and decapitated in paris sooo your choice
>>
>>43791400
I've been to countries during active war, so it's no problem going to Paris

Do you know if his FFS results are any good?
>>

Decent on brow and orbitals, rhinoplastys are botched, numerous people needing revisions. Trach shaves as well. I'd say if you're just getting lower and upper done it's fine, but for midface go somewhere else. He's still probably the best in europe for decently aggressive results on upper and lower, but then again I need a revision with him due to lack of aggression, so take that with a pinch of salt.
>>
>>43791435
I mainly just want like jaw/chin done and eyebrows + revision on browbone, so that sounds alright then? My main worry is getting botched and ending up worse than what I have rn
>>
Is there any European surgeon who isn't a dice roll between being bogged and passing?
>>
>>43791435
>rhinoplastys are botched, numerous people needing revisions
rly? i thought i was an outlier, mine looks awful
other than that my forehead is very saggy/wrinkly (i had hairline incision, idk if its collagen loss or too much skin left over) and my mentalis reattached improperly on the right side leading to notch like appearance on my chin and muscle imbalance
i had a bunch of other issues too but i don't really talk about them because i don't know if they're complications from random chance or surgical error/technique, like i still think he did a good job elsewhere (esp brow/orbital recontouring like you said) and (imo) knows his stuff
>>
>>43791435
A rhinoplasty being botched is a skill issue on the patient's part.
>>
>>43791063
im so radix pilled it's not even funny. like look at that result, only a low radix haver could have had this success
>>
>>43791637
on some level sure but I am assuming most people just let the surgeon riff anyway and if they can't pull off a natural looking result its on them
>>
>>43791435
I really like my rhinoplasty from him, it's probably my favourite post-ffs feature. that being said, one of my friends needed a revision so your mileage might vary.
my trach shave was "fine", I guess you could get better results from a proper ENT specialist surgeon, but I'm decently happy with my results, given how bad mine was beforehand.
>>
>>43791549
every surgery is a gamble, even with the best surgeons
>>
>>43791785
What did they need a revision for?
>>
>>43792161
she had a collapsed nostril that lead to poor breathing
>>
>>43791637
>don't give me a ski slope nose please
>gives everyone a ski slope nose

can you not just accept that maybe your doctor daddy isn't fully perfect, and like the rest of us, has his strengths and weaknesses?
>>
>be me
>meet trans girl with intersex fetish
>she won't stop staring at me
>won't push me into being a man
>won't push me into being a woman
>find out when i go to transition i have a conditions of intersex
>>

That's sort of cope honestly Nona, like yeah duh but there's surgeons who cause issues more often than others and it's really about how they deal with those issues.
If a surgeon is gonna make a mistake then be unable to fix it then that's a much larger problem... Or if they're uncommunicative...
I've been trying to get a consult with this guy for months and I get ignored or given a non response every time I follow up...
>>
>>43792458
idk chief, I said that I didn't want a ski slope nose (using those exact words) and he didn't give me a ski slope nose...
>>
>>43792455
>>43791063

what if my nose is fine? should i just not get it at all?
he's good for other things?
>>
>>43792795
Idk. Mine could stand to be a little more narrow but otherwise it's quite feminine and cute. Downside is I have to keep on top my nose hairs since they can more easily show especially being tall and people are always looking up my nose at me.
>>
>>43792877
yeah same xD, I have the same problem

I actually really, really like his style of rhinoplasty more than any UK rhinoplasty surgeons I've seen. He puts a decent supratip break in the profile contour, too many UK surgeons seem to favour dead-straight nose profiles which looks unnatural to me. Shame I hear people are needing revisions. About 20% of rhinoplasties require revisions as a general rule iirc because the healing is unpredictable more than for other procedures? Is Qassemyar's revision rate higher than that?
>>
Who do people go to for soft tissue work in Europe? My biggest issue is sagging jowls and chunky britbong buccal fat but virtually no UK general cosmetic surgeons take on trans patients even for rote procedures, and it sounds like FT and QQ don't really offer much in the way of soft tissue work.

FacialTeam above QQ?
>>
>>43793547
One of my perceive flaws as well and I'm starting to embrace since it helps make my face look a bit more feminine compared to being sunken. That and my laugh/smile lines which is apparently a fairly desired trait to have.
>>
>>43791639
Can you set back your radix?

that QQ result is nothing to do with surgery, imo her brow and nose and chin, presumably where she was operated on, look good. its just that she has a long midface so she doesnt look female, which is to be expected.

the hypertwink look is superior anyways
>>
>>43794210
that bad? is there any way you could show us your result you arent happy with, zoomed in if you dont want to show your whole face

sure, tried my best but my phone camera glass is damaged
like the two most annoying things are the forehead laxity + nose problem (hook nose kms), chin notch is from nerve damage leading to muscle imbalance i think
