i am inheriting a large amount of money because my granparents died recently. around $50,000.

I am considering using this money for SRS, but i'm not sure.

on the one hand, i have quite severe bottom dysphoria and it would make me happy.

but on the other, i'm not sure it's worth it. the thing is, i think i'll probably be a khhv for the rest of my life. this isn't because i'm ugly or don't pass; i pass perfectly because i transitioned before puberty, but it's because i have autism and various mental things. i'd say there's a 70% chance of me being a khhv forever.

if i got it, odds are that i would never use it for sex. so even though i know it would make me happy it might be kind of pointless.

i'm 18 years old and so if i put the money into a savings account and continually added to it, it would be a big help in saving for a house or retirement or whatever. i'm from a middle class family and given the economy it seems like it would be smart to save it.

i'm very torn. it seems like it would make me happy but i'm just not sure if i can justify it. what do you think?

what country?

USA
>>
>>43793106
you could invest some of it while still having some left over for SRS
>>
>>43793199
middle class supportive family but no insurance that covers SRS? what
>>
>>43793261
well, i do have insurance, but there's an issue. because i transitioned before puberty my genitals are very small, and if i did penile inversion, there would be very little depth. for this reason i want non-penile inversion, but most of the doctors that i have heard of that do it are in thailand, and i doubt that would be covered by insurance.

i could get zero depth here i guess, but then the bottom dysphoria wouldn't be fully gone because it wouldn't really be a vagina

DROP $40k ON MARCIO LITTLETON

redpill me on this surgeon?
>>
>>43793106
If you’re young and you pass, you absolutely won’t be a khhv forever unless you choose to be. Do with that info what you will
>>
>>43793106
get the surgery, it is worth every penny
>>
>>43793330
do more research there are multiple PPT surgeons in the US
>>
>>43793461
but i haven't heard of any of them being particularly good
>>
>>43793395
it's complicated but just believe me when i say that there is a 70% chance. i'm not exaggerating
>>
>>43793357
pros
best looks (cis passing vulva consistently)
penis size doesnt matter
self cleaning vaginal canal
good depth

cons
simple clitoris construction
you lose part of your jejunum
$40k + around $5k for expected revision
3 year wait time
terrible communication
you have to go to lisbon or rio de janeiro
>>
>>43793565
i'm concerned about sensitivity, because i already don't have much currently (in the genital area or any other erogenous area). is this surgeon good for that?

and btw, what do you mean by "expected revision"? if i should expect a revision doesn't that mean he's really not that good?

>is this surgeon good for that?
no, but afaik only suporn does a complex neo clit construction. PI is better for sensitivity
>and btw, what do you mean by "expected revision"? if i should expect a revision doesn't that mean he's really not that good?
revisions are usually expected, its not uncommon
>>43793594
only the glans is used
>>
>>43793638
they can use more than the glans? how does it work. never heard of it
>>
>>43793638
but suporn is retired so :(
and i hear that bank isn't very good
>>
>>43793679
yes they can, but usually they remove most of it to avoid problems
>>43793718
bank is very good

gonna be real with you as someone who had srs 7 years ago there is a level of good enough

nonsensical to put your life on hold for years in your prime and pay all your savings when you can get something moving now for a lot less
>>
>>43793106

If you're KHHV for life there really arent any downsides. SRS works great for masturbation. The difficult part of SRS is generally convincing guys to date you after you disclose to them.
>>
>>43793771
but like, if i get it done at a cheaper surgeon and i hate it then i can't do it again. i want the best
>>
>>43794157
you can get a revision
>>
>>43793330
There are alot of surgeon ls in the USA who do ppt (you don't want colon), i had similar issues you and wanted to go to wittenberg but couldn't bc of cost but i would rly rec her
>>
>>43794617
>wittenberg
famous butcher
>>
>>43793106
Since I learned about the stock market I refuse to spend anything over £1,000.
>>
>>43794637
She isn't the best, but for ppt she one of the best

Ppt just has inherent issues of it often closing up
>>
>>43794685
she is just bad and high risk
min jun and RBL are better options
>>
You should donate it to me who is going to get broken up with unless I get SRS that I can't afford...

You should totally save and invest the money. Compound interest is so strong its retarded. 50k when you're 18 is equivalent to like 200k when you're 40, or like 800k when you're 65.
I would wait until you're employed and consistently bringing in money for SRS. Though I'm also a retarded cishet tourist, so what do I know?
If nothing else I would treat it like you're paying 200k for srs instead of 50k, because that's the opportunity cost.
>>
>>43793330
Well, I guess I got to take you serious. You should definitely not get zero depth if you want to have any kind of sex life with a man.
I had the same issue and I had a different kind of surgery done in the United States. If you have surgery you need to be aware of depth consideration if you really feel like a woman, I think you should definitely get to surgery, the only reason I would think it would be not a good idea is this we felt you could lose your male sex drive.
Some of us have a female social image cuz many trans women today choose to remain male sexually.
>>
>>43793106
Surgeries don't get less effective with age like hrt does, so there's no (physical) harm in waiting. You could always invest the money now and use it to pay for srs later.
>>
>>43797709
nta but do i have to dilate for the rest of my life if i get full depth?
i'm not sure if i would like to ever have sex with men but i'd like to have the option in the future
