Transition has never realy worked for me :(

My hormones aren't working despite starting as a child

I got srs at 18, and despite getting a bunch of revsions afterwards i still can't have intimacy, neither can i rly feel anything these. Its literally just a bleeding slime hole

My face is awfully wide thanks to genetics, and no surgery can fix that. So ill always be ugly n odd looking

My body developed so weirdly due to all my homrone issues that i look like a mix between a linebacker and an anorexic girl

And now a failed thyroplasty took away the last thing i was fortunate to have, a cis voice

Im a month post surgery, and it dropped my voice from the upper end of the female range into the male one :/

I honestly wanna give up atp, ive done everything medicine can and yet im still deeply unhappy and constantly uncomfortable in my own skin
