Correction, you cannot decrease shoulder width so there's nothing you can do to make your hips better unless you are willing to hide your shoulders with a cutoff hoodie in your scenes.Some people do just a fit male body with a female face after ffs, some do look at the waists, it kind of depends on what your commitment is and what you would be happy with.Either way, start with just getting fit and learning how to actually service somebody with your body. That would heal them more than anything else you can put effort into generally.
