You can take FSH and still produce sperm. Ball shrinkage: meh, not an issue for me. Take progesterone with estradiol to keep sex drive alive, though for me no progesterone and no sex drive is a plus.

Using this thread to ask trans girls a related question. I don't want to get on HRT, but is there anything I can take that will result in slight physical feminization? I looked at high-dose phytoestrogens but I read that they stop working after a couple of weeks and that you shouldn't take them if you're on antidepressants (which I am, obviously)
