Feeling wrong in your body isn't that the body is literally wrong or that every trans person deals with crippling dysphoria and constant psychotic episodes since few actually do. It's a feeling that something is off which is often met with disassociating and avoidance. Someone can be objectively hot as a masc muscle stud or slender twink and still think of themselves as such, but feel uncomfortable or unease with the form our brain is piloting. People can spend all their life trying to chase away dysmorphia through various means without realizing it was actually dysphoria. No matter the features, it's the association of it or seeing ourselves as a gender that doesn't match. This is also where you can find those cisgendered individuals who feel distress or anger when they're called a gender that doesn't match regardless of how they look or it being well meaning or not. Social stigmas exist but it's like being called or having someone insist that you're pink when you're actually blue. Or having someone call you and insist your name is Jennifer when your name is Rachel. It's a fundamental part of our identity most didn't have any control over. Some do and that's still their right to transition.
