My hormone levels are pretty solid. I've heard of monotherapy with just estr and was curious what prereqs are needed

i found otc pills 2mg estradiol valerate and 1mg cyproterone acetate, is this any good? and is there any downside on taking it while i save for a better hrt?

There are no specific prereqs. What ester are you on? I'm assuming valerate with the injection frequency. You can do mono with any ester but dosage will vary due to half-lifes.
If I were you id definitely look into mono especially since you're on the helldrug spiro, get off of that garbage asap please please it's really really bad for you, doctors are evil and really need to stop prescribing it for transitioning.

With valerate 4mg every 5 days is the minimum mono dosage.
Another option is enanthate which is minimum 4mg once a week.

Also you're 9 months in, if you'd like to you could start progesterone for further breast development. But that's up to you of course, there's nothing negative with not doing prog if you don't want larger breasts (it will also make you feel like a dog in heat).
