I've been on 1mg e monotherapy for two weeks and despite everyone saying it does nothing, I've been enjoying the changes a lot. But I still don't think it's enough. I'm thinking about going up to 2mg at my appointment next week. I still don't wanna do anti androgens for now because the idea of castrating myself makes me wildly uncomfortable still (not the functional part of being infertile, I don't care about that, just the idea I will be willingly chemically castrating myself is too much) and I have yet to bank sperm. Is 2mg a good enough upgrade that will let me do a test run on HRT while still getting better effects? Literally my only two hangups are people thinking I'm stupid for starting HRT despite being male and the internal knowledge I shut down a natural bodily function, even if I can't really imagine living an enjoyable life without HRT. I guess ideas on how I can justify the castrating would be nice too.
