how does a tranny get and keep a job if she has problems with her executive function and has both adhd and autism?
Drugs and turn every minute of your day into a routine
prostitution
Entrepreneurial pursuits and prescriptions
>>43829205Train yourself to have a terror response to missing work. That's how I do it. Mind you that has caused me to spend like 2 additional unnecessary hours a day making certain I am ready for work and little more than obsessing over needing to go to work in x number of minutes. As for being on task AT work, firstly the new environment will help a lot. Also, make certain not to bring with you anything that will be a distraction.
>>43829205I have literally no fucking idea. I'm in the same boat, and it seems like my brain or my gender or both fuck me out of anything and everything. Write books or make art or something?
>>43829205Go to a psychiatrists and get medication prescribed. Most of those symptoms can be mitigated with meds
>>43829205be a well paid cs / engineering / stem tranny and / or do porn (optional). thats what most successful autist trannies end up doing. otherwise, yeah its rough. i didnt roll cs / math autism and im probably doomed tbdesu
>>43829415Meds are only good for ADHD, and theres pretty significant limitations on when and how you can use them. There's no meds for autism which means in most jobs that involve people you're going to hit burnout. And with AuDHD the need for cyclical change means staying in a job becomes really hard after a few months anyway, and the drugs don't really help that. They only deal with the short term lack of attention span, the long run cycle stays.
>>43829205do something that requires physical movement and work>t. server
>>43829216>turn every minute of your day into a routineworking in the office/on-site solves 90% of that for you (note: wfh/remote doesn't count)
Are neurodivergent colonies the answer here? If we actually built a seperate society that was actually structured to work with our quirks instead of trying to overcome them, then maybe we could have authentic and fulfilling lives. Coz I really don't feel like accepting you're playing on nightmare difficulty is the answer.

I was diagnosed with high functioning autism and none of my psychiatrists suggested meds for executive functions.
>>43829205ryu art based, play studio system
>>43829964Levels of autism don't mean what you think they mean. It's not a measurement of severity, it's a measurement of the amount of support needed in adulthood. All autism is autism. There are no meds for autism. Your brain isn't experiencing a chemical imbalance, it's just wired differently. If everyone was autistic there'd be no problem, but only about 0.17% of people are and that means society is just not set up for us.
>>43829735setting up and creating a neurodivergent colony would require skills that autistic/adhd retards tend to lack
>>43829205find a chaser hiring manager
>>43829289this shit here probably
>>43832089It's less about skills and more about money.
>>43829205adult adhd toolkiti just spaz out and panic my way into doing the urgent and important stuff asap and somehow holding on, i hope i continue to have a sustainable job that allows me to soon escape to better housing that doesnt result in me locking myself up in my room and worsening my exec dysfn
>>43829530>do something that requires physical movement and workhaving to physically go places and do physical with my hands stuff (even if it's using paper instead of screen heroin) makes me feel normal and functional
>>43830902>If everyone was autistic there'd be no problem, that's as stupid as "if everyone was a woman there'd be no problem". a critical mass of tists without someone to gently guide them away from a chain tism reaction is a recipe for disastertoo few autists is bad too, as normgroids are prone to critical mass retardation unless there's someone to inject some sense into the barely sentient retards from time to time
>>43832494even with all the money in the world adhd/autistic people still have notoriously bad executive function.
>>43829205idk I just realized having a job is going to be miserable no matter what so I've made peace with it and just suffer through the day. getting high after work helps make it worth it too.
>>43832511Nigger the normies started two world wars and still didn't figure out not to do that any more. Disaster is part of the human condition. The reason autists need wranglers is because the world isn't made for autists. It's all normies being loud and "social" and stuff in the way normies like because they outnumber us nearly 1000 to 1. If the it were the other way around the normies would be the ones who needed the wranglers because they keep flipping out when people tell them the truth or sperg dump about star wars (which would not have been ruined by disney) and they get all mad because nobody is talking about the weather or whatever. >>43832512I feel like we could figure it out tho.
>>43832556normies need wranglers yesbut if you've ever been into a sperg space and had an inkling of self-reflection (hard one for both spergs and normgroids) you'd notice they're pretty rarted too in some ways
>>43832575I've been in sperg spaces, but what's important to note is that those spaces are still designed and managed for normies. It's the normies either being incluse of the autists or finding a dumping ground for the autists. The rules and purposes of those spaces are still normie defined. In tismworld the spaces would be autist designed and managed according to austist rules, and they would be the default, everywhere would be autist space. Technology and laws would have developed to serve autist needs and solve autist problems instead of normie needs and problems. The overarching point being our brains aren't "wrong" they're just different, and the reason we struggle so much more than the normies is because the world is designed for normies. In a world that is designed from the outset for us the "wrongness" is no longer a factor.

>>43832646>what would prevent spergs from having spergies with other spergs about tabs vs spaces vs tabs for indentation spaces for alignmentIt wouldn't. But we'd be arguing about that instead of the perpetual gender war which would be a negotiated peace with clearly defined rules and clear communication taught from a young age to ensure successful breeding pairs going forward. It would be assumed that some people changed jobs every couple of months while others do the one thing they like for their entire working lives. Sportsball would not longer be the central everything of society, tabletop gaming would be. Think about what that and that alone would have done to the development of broadcast television in the 20th century. Think about how different newsmedia would be in a world where sensationalism is criminalized and detailed, openly verifiable and crosscheckable statistics are what sells newspapers. Think about the way food and agriculture would have developed differently in a world where everyone eats the same 5 things for 95% of meals.
