was on tgel for 13 months and it was doing jack shit so i switched to injections. levels were just above 300, but they took like 4 of those 13 months to even get there. im a little suspicious of my doc and getting even more dysphoric than pre hrt, so ive been taking more than prescribed. doc gave .25 ml of 200mg/ml, but ive been taking .3-.4. my gel dosage was 81 mg per day at the end (340 was my most recent lab)

0.3 is a "normal" starting dose, but 0.25 sounds reasonable. injections absorb nearly 100% versus gel where you have much less bioavailability. if you take too much t it'll end up aromatising into e, so it could be make sure that isn't happening at the start.either way gel and injections aren't intuitively comparable like that.

A lot of doctors will put you in the shitter zone for test because they're ignorant or stubborn.

In fact, the percentage that is converted actually lowers at very high test levels because the aromatase gets saturated and cannot convert any more. However the absolute amount of estrogen produced does continue to rise.
