I don't think your body can be immune to estrogen, since you're born with both estrogen and testosterone in your body. maybe you just need to talk to your care team about a higher dosage? (if dosing is how it works, I havent started HRT idk how it works sorry lol) or at least get your hormone levels checked and talk to your doctors about the issue.
