There are many reasons and it's just a normal bodily function across all genders. Even elevated estrogen can cause spontaneous clitoral erections. A lot of people don't realize the clitoris and penis really aren't that different which is why trans men can literally grow their dick with testosterone. Shrinking it with estrogen. Not so much.
