You need to read.
When you read you are doing two things: your brain "lives" subconsciously what you read. This is why horror books are scary. Even if it sounds absurd "words on paper won't make me scary", they actually do.
Same thing with first person romance novels. You'll slowly learn to think and speak like those characters.
Specifically "speaking" is very important. When you read you "subvocalize" the dialogues, google what that means.
