Just out of curiosity, what health issues actually prevent you from going on hormones? Do cis women have to get estrogen blockers for the same condition?

According to research on the subject, it is primarily progesterone that appears to be problematic; the rest does not seem to pose a problem, estrogen in the form of patches, gels, injections, etc.

As for my face, I think it's fine—at least as far as my jawline goes.
As for my forehead, it's wide, but I've always had long hair to cover it up, so I don't find it that bothersome
