Kinda expensive, but if thugging it out wearing heavy layers is your only option and you get dehydration cramps like me, it's worth it. I live where the dew point exceeds 75 degrees almost every day during the summer. I'd regularly get calf cramps waking me up in the middle of the night until I started drinking obscene amounts of water. Doesn't make wearing hoodies any less comfortable, but at least you won't risk heat exhaustion/stroke. Plus your skin will improve a little.
