I am really social irl and have had multiple large friend groups but for some reason I've always just preferred to be alone and chat online with my friends and then schedule something every once and a while only. The only people I tolerate being around 24/7 are partners.

I've always preferred hanging out with small groups of friends too, or even just one on one, it feels much more intimate and earnest.
