I am 29 and I'll stop chasing so I can make children. I'm currently casually dating a cis girl my age who seems to be desperate to get married and have children. She seems a bit crazy, which is perfect for my plan:

>have 2-3 children
>make my wife go full crazy
>alienate her from the children
>get a divorce when i'm in my mid 30s
>find a trans girl in her lower 20s and marry her
