Posted this on /HRTGen/, but fuck it I want some advise and the vent

Going against my best judgment, but I have a PP appointment tomorrow (informed consent state), I've been DIY'ing for 6 months, 5mg/wk Een on wednesdays, I know they don't prescribe Een, what EV dosage should I ask for or be content with? And how should I bring it up that I've been DIY'ing, do I just straight up say, I have been injection 5mg of Een every week, and I would like to just go straight to EV injections? It is also a telehealth appointment bcuz they didn't have any in-person time available so I already know that I would have to go to a third party lab test to get my blood work.

Im honestly just so close to canceling it due to so many factors but embarrassment being the main one. The thought of the entire interaction/appointment just makes me want to die, but I do want to try to utilize my parents insurance for surgeries, but even then I don't have my hopes up, considering I have 19 months left under their plan, and I have been procrastinating the appointment fully knowing that the insurance needs at least 18 months of documented HRT for surgeries to be covered. And even now Im procrastinating, but making this vent thread instead of filling out my charts/info. But once its past 18 months, I just feel like going and getting it prescribed would just be a complete waste of time, money and my sanity. Oh and my stupid ass thinks I can do this without telling my parents, not the surgeries im not delusional.

re-reading this is even more embarrassing and sad considering im fucking 25.

Holy shit shut up, get your free surgeries.
One day you will look back on this and be so glad you got them in your mid 20's and not your mid 30s.
