Is the move to lose weight to get rid of gut fat, or will my hips just shrink first? I dont want to get any fatter either, and I hate being a brick with a 28bmi and a 0.85whr. How do you improve this shit

i think it can be helpful to lose as much weight as possible beforehand, but really it isn't really scientifically possible to lose weight without glp-1 agonists so it doesn't really matter what your sex hormones are like.

exercise to burn off the fat and then gain it back while on estrogen

I was 210 pounds when I started estrogen, im now 180. It is definitely possible. Ive been hovering at this weight for a while and I really cannot afford to wait fucking years for my fat to redistribute, so I wanna lose weight but im terrified that will somehow make my figure even more masculine

I plan on losing 60 pounds, then regain 20. I’m already on HRT.

Weight cycling is honscience and does not work. You have to wait for the fat to die, so the only option I have really is to anamaxx for 2-3 years or remain with the burden of male gut fat that makes passing nigh impossible.

Ya I wanna lose 40 pounds and drop to 140 but im afraid of losing my hips and butt faster than Iose my gut

start HRT. lose weight if actually overweight. if not overweight in the literal sense, don't worry. and try pio

I don’t care anymore. I’m perma man modding. Man or woman being fat is ugly, that’s what people on here said about me.

been on hrt for a year, and I am actually overweight yea
>>
>>43864545
but you can still take hrt, just combine with a glp-1 agonist

Not recommended unless you want ozempic face. This will set you back and take female fat away more if you lose weight naturally.

I lost 40lbs just because my appetite decreased when I started E

Dont go off estrogen to lose weight everyone who says this is a retard or malicious.

Losing weight on estrogen encourages your body to lose visceral and male pattern fat.
The best transitions are
Skinny prehrt -> fat post
Fat prehrt->skinny post

This is the only way forward I really see desu. My current whr is like 0.85 with a 36 inch waist and 42.5 inch hip circ, im hoping maybe with diet and strength training I can maybe get to like 0.8 and then one day after years of hrt get to 0.75, which I could be happy with. My obviously male fat distribution is probably my biggest hindrance to passing, I am unable to wear anything that isnt super loose.

I am a little scared of losing fat in the hips before the waist though, will that happen? My butt and my face are like the only two things I have going for me and id rather not lose one.

Is the method just to anamaxx for a few years while I give fat time to redistribute?

op i'm in the same boat. just lose weight. lose more than you need to, then gain more to put the fat in the female places.

(i'm going down to 130 and then back up to 140)

get even fatter!!

Weight cycling is honscience and does not work.
