I think it’s hard to only make one specific body part grow and nothing else, so you should be strength training your whole body even if your main goal is a better ass or legs. But anyway, my leg days look like this:- Barbell squats (6 sets, 6-8 reps)- Romanian deadlifts (5 sets, 10-12 reps)- Hip adductor / abductor (5 supersets, 12 reps maxing the machine)- Bulgarian split squats (5 sets, 10-12 reps)- Hip thrusts (barbell or machine, 5 sets, 8-12 reps)I hope you get a massive, wobbling cake anon
