two things worth considering

1. a lot of pictures of surgeries online are for other surgeons/from medical work, usually not fully healed so, yeah, they're going to look *rough*.

2. are you just looking at phallo? meta is just as good of an option, and lets your penis actually work like a penis (you can get hard on your own/pee standing up). there's great prosthetics on the market you can use w meta to have penetrative sex as well.

there's not a lot of great info for trans men wanting bottom surgery since such a small % of them ever end up getting it, but don't get it twisted we have the technology.
