Theologically we can debate on this in my opinion, most clergyman will probably advise against it.
Going purely by the old testament you would be cooked but many people dont understand the point of the old testament.
It is split into moral, civil and judicial laws which where meant to shape and create an environment for the messiah to be born, since that has happened, they lost their purpose in a way.
With regards to the New Testament my understanding is this, the way we understand homosexuality and sexuality in general was not a thing back then, lots of anti homosexual ammo comes from Pauls letters from Korinth and these are still debated today, I personally think it mostly boils down to him condemning things like married men banging young male temple prostitutes on the side.
I also somewhat get the vibe that men shouldnt feminise themselves but it is so broad, cant tell if the issue is using lipstick or letting married men rail you in the temple, since both are "feminising".
I looked at the bible to find justifications for my hatred and found that I was wrong, I could be wrong again but that is what I have come to believe, so I dont think you can claim that the bible outright condems LGBT practices.

I dont know what exactly I would call "safe" but I think it isnt important either.
Matter of the fact is that you and me are sinners anyway, there arent sins that are better than others, Paul tortured and killed early Christians and became an apostle.
What is important is that you are honest with yourself as much as you can and commit to it, try to constantly improve yourself and your understanding of what is right and wrong even if it is uncomfortable, commit yourself to Christs teachings as best as you can and dont rebel against it.
Dont compare yourself to others, I think that is important because everyone is different on the inside and acts based on different motivations and circumstances - think about stealing food from a stall, it makes a difference whether a rich person or a starving orphan does it.
What this boils down to is this - if you genuinely are convinced you are doing the right thing, are honest with yourself and think not transitioning would lead you to a mory unhappy and self-destructive live, then I think it is alright to continue.

There's literally nothing in the Bible that implies transition is wrong in the first place. The only verses I've ever seen anyone pull are the "God knows you before you're born" (doesn't preclude God knowing you and making you trans intentionally, nobody ever points to this verse to say glasses or fixing cleft lips is against God's plan only troons for *some* reason) and the condemnation of cross dressing (at best just means that God hates boymoders, which might actually be true).
