>>43881561No starting earlier always helps a ton. Even post puberty ages like 18 are better than 20s or 30s because there's additional masculinization that happens and you have lower HGH. Plenty people don't reach their full biacromial or don't have their pelvic growth plates fuse until their 20s. Even outside of larger bone changes you get to avoid further masculinization of the skull and also things like body hair changes.
