I really want to transition but I don't know if can do it alone. Help!I've (M18) known that I wanted to transition for a very, very long time, like, since freshman year of highschool, but I never had the willpower to do it. I'm a very stereotypical AuDHD (Aspie and ADHD), so doing anything that wasn't absolutely required of me up to this point has been really hard to do. It took a lot of effort to even get where I am right now in terms of hygiene and chores, but I've come a long way! That being said, transitioning seems like a much more daunting and intensive task than just taking care of myself, haha. In person, I'm a very stereotypical "southern nerd," and I'm 6 foot tall, so I have a LOT of work to do, but I'm adamant about this! And to make things worse, I live in a very rural area, so even my gayest of friends don't really know much about the trans space. So, I'm making the post to reach out and ask: How do I find people who want to help/make me transition? Not necessarily force-fem, but the same sorta "guiding" through the process. I know I'm fully capable of doing it on my own, but my particular brand of anxiety and ADHD make it very difficult to keep up habits and do what I need to do unless I'm doing it for someone else. I know a lot of people see "Force-Fem" as icky, but when it's consensual and used as a way to take a lot of the anxiety out of the process, is it so bad?

>>43883432seems like you just need to make some friends with trans women. would you want to make online friends or irl friends? I've made lots of friends both irl and online just from this board, you could do the same
Either or! I just don't think I'd be able to transition without people telling me *exactly* what to do, haha, despite how much I want to do this!

>>43883432Alright, here's what you're gonna do. You're gonna go into a thread called HRTgen and you're gonna do some reading. Feel free to ask questions, that's what the thread's there for, but don't feel bad if you get snark for asking something "obvious." Next you're gonna check out frengen if it's up. See if there's any trans who sound like you might get along with them and make friends. Tagmap is good for this, too, especially if you want local friends. I would help, but my transition plan is to drink myself to death before I have to actually try and I don't think that's useful to you. I wish you luck and don't talk to chasers. You are very obviously incredibly vulnerable, so they will take advantage of you
