with your clavicles, you'd need to gain a lot of fat at the hips to offset your shoulder width. its possible, but your genetics also play a role in that.

methinks you could pass without any surgery, but it'd take time and effort. your browbone looks feminine from the photo you showed and your chin is not all that bad. facepassing is way more important than bodypassing anyway

fat redistribution would help your hips
