>>43898218I really like cats for their personalities. It's funny to me whenever they're aloof or independent, even though I've always preferred the cuddly ones. Despite that I've always had dogs, they're great companions>>43898353That's a really nice dog, anon
>>43898218i always wanted to know if boymoding is related to autism? bc it seems specific to this board
>>43898406probably>extremely set in routine (wearing boy clothes)>avoid social stress (being obvious tranny)
>>43898387>>43898577Boymoding is very much related to the type of autism that you tend to see on 4chan: >very socially-anxious>very hypervigilant>uses appearances/looks as a masking tool>too sensory-sensitive to people and own thoughts to hold down a job. It's really the perfect archetype for a tranny to end up as a boymoder. Just look at the cis people (both male and female) on this site and you see a lot of nihilistic autists that are giga aware of society and its normies. Here and there they compartimentalise their masking, they learn the scripts, they looksmaxx or whatever, but at the end of the day they don't identify with the mask they hold to normies. Contrast this to Reddit trannies and you have this socially unaware person who thinks their inner fantasy/world is that of the outer world. Much lower theory of mind. The cissoids on that site are very similar. They constantly learn new (hilariously faulty) social scripts from each other, creating some incestuous social script library of retardation and missed marks, and since that's the only thing they have, they feel superior over others for it. Anything that threatens this rigid cloud of thoughtforms (like 4chan tranny self-hatred and brainworms) triggers the shit out of them because they just don't and can't perceive of society in the same way. This is probably why a lot of people on here kind of KNOW they have autism, without identifying with it. They don't identify with this obtuse stupid socially unaware person. But that's not all autism. Some autism is HYPER AWARE. It's HYPERVIGILANT. Anyway here is a 4chan autist server link:https://discord.gg/VdUymv6wqD

>>43903719there is no other way. masking isnt a cope, its just survival. it makes you worse.
>>43900503Reddit makes a lot more sense when you put it like that, like r/aita asking about social rules, the repetitive echoing responses and saying anything for an updoot. The word honfidence is almost exclusively used for Reddit trannies. Something like r/4tran and it's adjacent subs takes our culture and slang, but they don't make any new culture, they just repeat and rehash what we make.
>>43900503I don't think nd people that use the board always realize they have autism. They say they like this site because it's funny, but they're not actually autistic. They're really really really into anime or pokemon or gundams or vidya or obscure media, but so what? They're a bit awkward sometimes, they're just anxious, introverted and dysphoric, maybe a bit of a neet sometimes, but so what? Struggle with regular jobs or dating, but so what? The thought of being trans and neurodivergent ruins any vague hope they might have of being normal and fitting in. What would you say to those anons who think they're not obviously autistic/adhd? What would be advantages to identifying it? And do you think neurodivergence looks different for trans people?
>>43898218>QOTDI wish I was a dog person, having a tail would be so cool. but I do enjoy cats more as pets.

>>43900503>They don't identify with this obtuse stupid socially unaware person. But that's not all autism. Some autism is HYPER AWARE. It's HYPERVIGILANT.I cycle between the two depending on how things go and what my mindstate is.
>>43905385Yea generally speaking, when we're overstimulated we can't mask as well or keep up appearances. Everything from an upbeat mood, eye contact and being super responsive and even being somewhat charismatic goes out of the window. We become closed off, our skills degrade, we just wanna be at home. It's a big hit to the autism-denying ego whenever this happens. Trannies at least have the excuse of "oh i'm just anxious because i'm trans and people think I'm weird because of it.">>43904183Yea they acknowledge the autism, but they don't confront it. It's an explanation for them why they like certain humour or feel called towards these communities, but it's hard to sit down and confront that you might be disabled in some sense. Even more so because we tend to be smarter and perceptive than normies and other autists. >Just anxious, just introverted, just dysphoric, just hard time finding a job, just hard time datingIt all gets blamed on the trannyism. But most likely the anxiety was already there; the social awkwardness before they learned how to mask was still there, even if they were to pass perfectly, they just might not be able to hold down a job either. There is a big autistic component that people here just don't face.>advantages to identifying with itThe biggest thing is being able to have peace with the fact you will never fit in organically without exhausting yourself. It is just not worth it to waste your 20's being endlessly confused and tired and beating yourself up for constantly failing and not understanding why. You will stop wasting time ruminating, you will stop stressed extra over beating yourself up. (1/2)
>>43905734Secondly you will be able to map out what overloads you sensory wise. Most trannies here get overloaded by people. If they interact with people too much and for too long, they just zone out, they can't do their job properly, they magically need a lot of time to rest or they will seek refugee in special interests, which is often looking for patterns in information. But it can also be sound, food, light, clothes. Addressing your stressors means you will have more "energy" to put it where it's needed. Like your job or meaningful socialisation for example. In a tranny sense: keeping up certain behaviours to come across as more masculine or feminine is also a form of masking, just not an autistic one. But you will have more energy to sustain the behaviour that makes you happier.Lastly you will be able to shape your life in a much better way. If you know that you get overstimulated from doing the dishes, clearly you shouldn't work the dishes in a restaurant. If you hate engaging with people, don't work in a call center. You can specifically research autism-friendly jobs so you have a better chance of employment that is durable. Perhaps something related to special interests.Speaking of special interests: the moment you understand it to be something that really calms you down, you can make the decision to feel better and happier by just picking it up. You won't beat yourself up for moving unto a new hobby/interest anymore. You can just go with the flow of what excites you. You will be able to perhaps seek out autistic friends, you will be able to get socialisation in that is just more interesting, that is more intellectually engaging, and will tire you out way less. You will be happier, more energetic, more confident, you will know what you want out of life. But, there is first a large window where you will have to confront in what ways you're disabled and who you really are and what makes you happy. It can take a while before it gets better
>>43905809>filenamesmells like dutch-adjacent, and that gets my chaser senses tingling>>43905734>generally speaking, when we're overstimulated we can't mask as well or keep up appearancesI think I may be lucky to be less on the spectrum (if any) since for me it depends on self-confidence and the recent prior experiences that affect that>Trannies at least have the excuse of>twinkhon flaghmm
>>43898218A doctor and a psychiatrist have said I show "autistic traits" but I don't believe I have autism. I'm just very socially awkward as a result of keeping to myself and reading books or playing video games instead of socializing as a child.
im never gonna have irlsim never gonna have anything resembling a life i wantim never gonna feel like i interacted with someone my own species
>>43907238Befriend autists
>>43907360id have to meet them first and like how
>>43907394Nerdy hobbies may be a good place to start
>>43908763Just pick a special interest that has a social side to it. You will like most of them if you give them a chance without upfront judgement since they all have patterns. You can do anything from 40k to arts & crafts. IMO DnD is probably best if you need to start building up (semi) autistic friends from nothing
>>43909099And conventions. But you do have to look either striking or strike up convo yourself
>>43909099how on earth do you connect with people over arts and crafts that's as solitary as it getsone problem i have with hobbies that people primarily connect over them online, and if i hit off with someone they're unlikely to be from my area at all. conventions are basically online irl since people travel for them and most aren't local
>>43909099I don't really like dnd but how do u get in to dnd. like I thought dnd was something u do with ur preexisting friends
Hello /NDgen/I've made a schizopost trying to chart out how "male" and "female" autism looks like in practice with both their symptoms and their aesthetics. I've made this after realising that most normies have no clue what autism actually looks like in men and women. I got inspired to make this after interacting with a bunch of autistic women that acted, looked and spoke like trannies. I think being more aware how cis autistic people operate can kill a whole lot of brainworms. Similarly, most transitioning ftms I've met seemed to be identical to autistic guys IRL, and not at all like the stereotype normies have of male autists. A lot of people here brainworm that they're a poon/hon-soul but they really just fit perfectly well within their cis autism counterpart. Other trans subcultures usually fall outside of this but oh well.Despite all of this, I have seen some women that fall completely within train autists and some men that fall within fandom autism. People like Dr Powers also have very feminine autism so these things aren't gendered per se, just how they show up a lot. But yes let me know what you guys think and if I missed anything. Consider this version 1.0
>>43909940i need this turned into some online quiz that will tell me I'm 30% fembrained 70% kasane teto
>>43910371Thank you, I updated the chart before sleeping.
>>43910392can you make it larger in next version, some of the text is unreadable general impression i get from this is that I'd fall on fembrained end which is funnybecause people read me malebrained usually
