You need to eat a lot (particularly protein) and also do a good bit of high-impact exercises. Breast growth often stalls because so many MtFs are borderline anorexic and never get out of their chair.Estrogen acts as a secondary puberty, and as such it is required that you eat and move around a lot to grow properly. Estrogen and AA (or monotherapy) alone is good enough until Tanner 3 finalizes, around about a year to a year and a half, at what point you can add prog, and possibly begin to experiment with pio and other supplements.Again, it's not enough to eat a lot, but get a lot of protein, and do some strenuous exercise. The exercises triggers additional growth hormones to be released.Weight cycling is kinda pseudoshit for tits as far as I can tell, but maybe alright for legs and ass.
