Have any of you tried mimicing the cis female hormone cycle with HRT? If so, have no noticed any differences from taking HRT the prescribed way? I'm thinking about doing this at least with the progesterone (2 weeks on, 2 weeks off) but I'm unsure about how to dose this for the estradiol.
