I've been on HRT for around 5 years and on prog for the past ~3 years, although the last 3-6 months i hadn't taken any due to supply issues. I've restarted as of recently and it's out! So my best guess is around the 2nd round of Progesterone, and specifically after a LOT of stimulation!!! Although your mileage may vary!
