I was like that for years. Eventually you either end up so isolated you stop doing it or you run into people you ghosted in other contexts. Idk, I still struggle with it at times, given my naturally avoidant personality, but it has gotten better. Why do you do it, you think?

this is not a trans issue i have done the same if youre in a shitty state of mind its easier to push people out than let then stay and see how awful and wrong you are.

you just need to make an active effort to rach out and grab onto people. if you didnt completely ruin your past relationships itn ever hurts to try and reconnect, jsut say you were in bad starte of mind.
