as an overweight moidgut having manmoder is it worth getting on hrt asap or should i wait to lose weight before i start? i know gaining weight is important for fat redistribution to have any effect but i dont want to end up as a 300 lb gigahon.
>>43964834Im an obese moid Im so glad I got on HRTYou have to make peace with the fact that it'll be hard and take a long while to have a healthy amount of fat in feminine placesBut HRT helps with weight loss immensly, I know it makes the recommended daily calories lower, but it also lowers your appetite, both just by itself and also because it makes you feel better about life so you don't need to cope as much anymore Before I would just stuff my face with shit and not care because "It's not like I can feel any worse about my appearance and I'll probably kms in like a month (repeat for literal years) now it's not hard to survive just off of salads and unsweetend teaAlso I literally feel 0 need to smoke weed or drink alcohol now, both contributed to my obesity
>>43964834get on hrt asap there is no good argument for not getting on hrt asap you would gain nothing from any other course of action
>>43965224im just anxious about ending up looking like picrel. idc if it makes me a bad person, i would genuinely rather rope than end up looking like that.
>>43965471picrel is a result of genuine severe mental illness, probably in an evil enviroment that cultivates tsI know that people on here hate arguments like this, but you being scared of looking like this means you will most likely be fineAnd like I said HRT will make easier to stay in shape not harder
>>43965471you can lose weight on hrt. the sooner you get on hrt the sooner hrt-changes start happening, including fat redistribution. if you lose on hrt there is more of a chance you'll lose male-pattern-fat more than if you were losing weight without being on hrtjust don't get hondosed / don't hondose yourself, where hondosing means levels below where your t is suppressed and e is reasonably high to suppress your tyou didn't necessarily indicate you need this information but for anyone just starting hrt it's important to be informed that levels don't magically improve over time and are just directly your dosage/method of hrt dependent, so don't get trapped in 'waiting for improvement of levels' that's not going to appear by waiting for more time
