Its also entirely possible she just likes that kind of aesthetic or finds casual clothes more comfortable.Either way just ask if that's something she'd be interested in and probably just try starting out in a private setting rather than a nail salon or something like that. Definitely start with temporary stuff like makeup and clothing and such just to see if she's into it before doing anything like cutting her hair.
