I take about 4mg estrogen (oral) a day, I only looked into it recently and fount out that this is hondose. It's so fucking over... I'm never ever going to be trusting another gender clinic, no matter if it's public or private, they'll hondose you either way. 3 months of hrt is just thrown out of the window... awsesome. 4mg orally is generally normal for starting out where you work your way up to 8mg then switch to injections after 6~ months
