Like if they say it then they actually view it that way, vs with most people them referring to trannies as female is just conflict avoidance. Now I've done work as a team leader where I was leading almost all Indian nationals thats a little more annoying but also not any worse than working with Americans or slavs. Working for a company that's picky about who they hire helps a lot, some of those companies that just hire anyone with a pulse do end up having major problems. The biggest issue is food, any company that hires mostly Indian nationals are cheap so get ready for shitty grub.
