Then you accept the friendship of the few people who are willing or able to look past your many faults because those are the people who are actually your friends and allies, not the people who tell you they are for good boy points.But you're not willing to do that, because what you actually want is the lie of it, not acceptance. You want people to see you as the lie and you feel more comfortable with the lie than the truth. To that end, you're deliberately courting the people willing to lie to your face and tell you that you're the desired gender rather than what you are, and you're then surprised and hurt that people with no honesty turn out to be bad friends and supporters.
