I think cutting is ok in moderation. I feel so much calmer after cutting myself, no anti depressant can compare.I'm not saying people should cut themselves, but if it helps it helps.I already feel that as a tranny, my body is permanently ruined by going through a Testosterone puberty. so scars aren't a big deal to me.
Cant you just eat like really spicy hot sauce and get the same mental effects without all the scars?

I personally enjoy burning myself, I like how warm it feels, especially on a cold day
