I am a 0.5 cm / fifth of an inch taller that the average cis woman my age in the country i live in (Germany) is that acceptable?

Im 5'5" and personally I don't think it matters as much as the tall people like to act. Literally the most important factor to passing is voice, if you can make that pass you can compensate for pretty much every other short coming.

Also if your voice doesn't pass it will overwrite every other signal you're trying to project and you will be read as male.
