From my perspective masculinity and femininity arent on the same scale but you can basically treat it like that. Imo there's 3 different aspects of gender, and each person's aspects fit either more male or female archetypes

How sensitive are you, emotion vs logic dominant, etc
>Socialization behavior and masking
How you engage with the world in hierarchy, preferred hobbies, etc
>Aesthetic presentation
Do you want to look like a girl, dress like a girl, etc
Not all of us actually want to be the same on every marker, and that's non-binary people. Some enbys are reppers coping they WNBARW, others are genuinely happy. Don't even ask me about xe zer altgender therian or whatnot though, I will never get that.
