My entire childhood and adolescent relationship to imagery of girls who were the same age as me and grown women was (as we now know) dictated by pedophiles at the top level (I was born in 01) and even when I didn't know what sex or a pedophile was something about everything regarding gender expectations and attractiveness just felt deeply wrong. This was even more obvious in anime, and unfortunately the person who introduced my family to anime also ended up being a pedo who tried to go for me when I was like 12. I definitely still think I would've transitioned, but my relationship to my attraction to women would've been totally different if like, a girl had asked me out or I met an adult lesbian couple or something in those formative years. My parents aren't homophobic but just kinda forgot to tell me gay people existed so by the time I found out I had too much baggage to ask myself "Am I into girls?" because even the mainstream representations of grown women were still evoking the idea of underage girls.Things are better now because learning about lesbian culture has helped me contextualize my attraction to women better and my partner ended up transitioning (mtf) so I have been developing relationship to attraction to women that feels safe and doesn't bring back all that vague unsafety and discomfort I felt throughout my whole childhood and adolescence.

If you are too socially oblivious as a cis woman, you have an almost inevitable chance of getting raped at some point.The only deviation I've found from this is the US dog showing/purebred dog breeding community is most numerously populated by autistic women even if the AKC (American Kennel Club) has historically been patriarchal as dog breeding/dog shows originated as a "gentleman's hobby" in the Victorian era. And so in conjunction with that, veterinary and dog grooming have also become predominantly run by autistic women.(Queer men also have a long history of association with the AKC and dog care and I'm sure there's also a correlation with neurodivergence there as well but because those are more marginalized identities, it's only been in the last few decades people have actually been publicly out as queer in the space)(There's also a pedo problem but that's a different can of worms)
