How do we feel about those who use it/its or 3rd person pref pronouns (or both.)

Do you know anyone personally that uses them or identifies with the many ideas in empty spaces, and is it something you struggle with linguistically?

>Personal experience

I am a doll, I have the joints tatted and everything. I do quite enjoy getting called 'it' but I'm not so strongly convicted of any pronouns to let people know of them or put them in a bio yata yata. It's also another issue in that 'it' can be hard for people to use in conversation, It feels like too much of me to be asking someone to change their language in a way that requires more thought than any of the binary ones the English language has used forever.

I absolutely hated the idea of it/its pronouns until I forced myself to write a character that uses them and that cured me

> Personal experience

I like writing about similar concepts but am not as into it myself

I’m really into it, I wish it was more of a thing still, I love being called it/its and doll, and when im comfortable I’ll talk about myself in the third person. I don’t find it difficult linguistically, but I don’t mind people not using those pronouns for me even though it feels very nice. I really love being a doll and being treated like one.

my angel uses both it/its and he/him pronouns and i respect both when referring to it, though i usually default to using he for clarity

>how do we feel about it/its
it is good, i like it a lot, it is not the problems i have with empty spaces. the ex im still close to goes by it/its and,
There is a girl i knew years before all of it that would not refer to herself at all, as in liked she but for herself used no pronouns, sometimes making third-person-statements without the pronoun. She also had a very personal, foidy way of talking and other typing quirks.. aswell as trilingual so the way she talks is very adorable, at least to me we both have degrees in linguistics. in general i like experimental writing, self expression of this nature very much.

>the many ideas in empty spaces
i rather liked it for the most part, found very close to the center, interpersonally, and am still mutual with some of the big names of that community. But others of it have strange beef with me, continuing to lie and talk shit, as well as target my friends in doing so.

This is where my problems start with empty spaces. I never expected it to be a magical community for every woe but was very put off by the hypocrisy among its 'core' of ppl who wound up reproducing the exact same hierarchy of culture it framed itself against. As in, there were some dolls who basically just built it into their in-group in terms of gets from others like financial support, housing, loyalty and unquestionable sexual access to others (speaking from, my friend was verifiably raped by one of the dolls in question). Certain tracts like
>hot allostatic load
Were hypocritically pointed to as sacred text by People who would ostracize other community members to the fringes for refusing sex to them, or really just not playing along in general.

In general it gave me the impression of who couldnt be the popular girl in high school but found the alternative community to be more accepting, only to play the role there instead.

Character limit could go on about the issues but rlly it was nice, liked hypnotizing them into feeling their wings and such.

its indicative of dissociative/depersonalization disorders, so i usually turn the other way and run when i meet someone that uses them.

Micro fiction community originating on twitter before it became X. Knew some of the alt lit circle it started out on but wasn't close to the empty spaces ones, that came later. Community itself was hit or miss, they were all very dramatic and honestly none of the writing was very good. People with actual skill as writers or hypnotists were more of an exception rather than the rule. But quality also wasn't what they were going for, and I know that they had a compilation with much drama about who got to be in it. Also I think someone killed herself and published a manifesto about it, I don't know the details though.
