what's the point of making a person who looks like this but wants to be feminine or female and has naturally feminine mannerisms to the point of being asked if they're gay by strangers in school and workplaces frequently and (some) naturally feminine internal tendencies

Sometimes traits are carried on the opposite sex to the one that needs them. Like a really manly, strong jawed woman may be ugly, but they will likely have boys with strong manly jaws. In your case, if you had girls, they might have a strong inclination toward femininity.
